Rick has been instrumental in navigating how to communicate effectively and rebuild trust. What he has taught us, does not only transcend in relationships but in every other area in our lives. Communication is a critical component in daily life, and has really taught us what is not good communication, how to be effective communicators and expressing thoughts without making another person feel attacked, how to set good boundaries, how to prioritize relationships, while creating a safe space for communication and discussion. Absolutely would recommend Rick for anyone- whether relationships or individual. Plus he's got wonderful stories and appreciation of music and the arts that tie into his teachings.
